Small point but appropriate comparison would be 10/1/16 vs 10/1/20.

10/01/16: 3,505,062 registered voters

10/01/20: 3,583,804 registered voters

Your overall point remains quite valid - not the increase in voters like in FL, NC, GA, etc.

Do we know if the new voters are R’s or D’s?

I’m optimistic on WI.
