Your Prescott time is off by an hour - AZ is on MST, 12 pm is 3 pm EDT. The Tucson time appears correct.

I’m notoriously late, or off by an hour, on good days!

The twice a year time changes really get me.

Also...I was wondering why Carson City time was listed as PST.
