Kansas state senator and U.S. Senate candidate Barbara Bollier (D.) revealed Tuesday that she did not know what the Patriot Act was.
Asked about the landmark law enacted in the aftermath of 9/11 to strengthen counterterrorism efforts, Bollier said she wasn't sure what to say because she had "not read it yet." Bollier requested more specifics on the question and then claimed to remember the legislation, only to reveal that she mistakenly thought it was about tariffs.
"I think what you're talking about is the ability to impose tariffs, et cetera," Bollier said. "Yes. I’m very very opposed to that. It has to be reexamined—must be—because that just isn't something that should happen."
Bollier went on to argue she would work hard to get Congress to reevaluate the tariff powers in the Patriot Act, emphasizing that she does "know about" the law.

How is this even possible?
If I remember correctly she switched parties a few years back. She is a doctor and lives in Mission Hills, a very affluent area of KC. Obviously not the brightest bulb.
Pretty much across the board RATs are ignorant and/or stupid; GOPs are smarter. Not always better, but smarter.
Ask her if she would vote to repeal women’s suffrage.
That one would have been fun.

They go to some fancy university get right out intern with some Democrat politician live in swampland their entire lives finally get some gig as a low level politician and work their way up that’s the way 100% of Democrats got to be some 70-year-old politician that’s been there 50 years like Joe Biden Chuck Schumer Maxine Waters the list goes on and on and on and on and on

In Kansas? Apparently she has a chance since we have a lib girl governor who loves masks and pronounced how many people can attend church. We can only vote for Roger Marshal and hope.
