Fwiw, WE GIs of the RVN era & later “overseas fun & games” learned our lesson OCONUS. = NO MERCY on vicious predators, who prey upon the innocent.
There are a LOT of us “overage in grade” Ex-GIs, who don’t have a lot of Earthly years left & are 100% UNWILLING to sit by quietly & watch the LEFTIST LUNATICS burn our Republic down around our ears. = It is my sincere belief that if “backed into the corner” by the CRAZIES, that we active/reserve/separated at ETS/retired veterans will quickly gather-up a few compatriots, pick up our rifles/ammo & “thin the herd” of the “domestic enemies leadership”, rather quickly.
(Once the mostly untrained nitwits that joined the BLM/ANTIFAS/other groups “for fun & profit” see their “leaders” falling around them with lethal bullet wounds, that the less dedicated members will decide to turn tail & run for safety.)
In short, I believe that the civil war, which the LEFTIST LUNATICS say that they want, will end when the Patriots deal with “The Red Revolution” under RULE 7.62x51 or Rule 5.56x45.
(Otoh, IF Levy1978 is correct, “the coming unpleasantness” will be LONG & EXTREMELY BLOODY. - That will give new meaning to “The Dirty War”.)
