The difficulty I have with group differences whether they have biological roots or reflect primarily social constructs is their use as explanatory variables for identified individual differences. For example, on average men are taller and stronger than women. Why? The answer logical cannot be answered by saying men are taller and stronger than women. A deeper explanation is needed especially if you want to increase the height and strength of those who are currently short and weak.

It’s the genes. They dictate everything about us.

As our knowledge of them and skill for manipulating them increases we’ll be able to play God.
