Of course it will e appealed. The trick is to wait another week for ACB to be seated at the Supreme Court then appeal it.That way, Roberts can’t block it.

Yes, I remember that fiasco.
One can just hope the Republicans in NC learned their lesson then and will appeal this ruling all the way up the chain - and, yes, when our new Supreme Court justice is in place.
