How many DEMOCRAT judges have been with us? Why do you want the Democrats to run the courts? Abortion? Gun Control? Endangered Species Act (for land takings)?
There must be a reason for why you want DEMOCRATS running the country as a One Party state - you really don’t sound dumb enough to think they’re running it now.
It’s really as simple as what you said earlier in the thread. No Dem Senate = no attempted court packing. And that’s good not just because court packing itself would be a disaster, but because the mere threat of it might lead the Court to make wrong decisions to discourage it.

Wonderful. And that has gotten us what exactly? Meanwhile, trannies are now covered under the Civil Rights Act of 1964. The vote wasn’t even close and Kavanaugh wrote a glowing “dissent.” These judges are not going to save us.
The fact is it doesn’t matter what Democrat do if we do not have a political party opposing them. Sooner or later the Dems will win in a walk over. Right now the GOP under the leadership of Graham is fully supportive of the ongoing coup against POTUS and continues to disenfranchise the 60 million Americans who voted for Trump. Given that Graham deserves to lose.
