I can agree with needing more District Courts. The Ninth Circus is way too big and needs to be broken up into two or three districts.

But I sure as hell don't want the Democrats to appoint the new judges.

Remember, it is in the District Courts where 99% of the legislating from the bench occurs, and the Supreme Court declines to step in.

Depends where they intend on creating them..which will be for their advantage.

One thing I might agree on it term limits for SCOTUS Judges. That was a VERY contentious debate in the constitutional convention between the founders.
That and term limits for ALL CONgress critters.

Also, establish laws making federal elections regular-I.E. all votes counted on election day, no mail in ballots, proof of citizenship, And the absentee voting for no longer than a couple weeks prior to election day. No electronic voting AT ALL.
