They said they would review it later. PA agreed to sequester ALL ballots received after 11/3.
Why should we should trust PA and Philly in particular on ballot integrity? If the state is close all the ballots will be “accidently” put together. Guaranteed.
But was it voluntary on the part of Barrett? If not, ruling is INVALID!

State courts have barred Trump poll watchers in Philly. So far as I know SCOTUS has not taken that up.

Voting, however conducted and tabulated, is EXTERIOR to the appointment of Electors by the State Legislature.
All that could disappear tomorrow and leave no mark on the Constitution.
What the Constitution SAYS is that "each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a Number of Electors, equal to the whole Number of Senators and Representatives to which the State may be entitled in the Congress".
This does not even require a State Legislature to pass a LAW (although most have done so), they are free, by the plain text, to do it however they please.
If she can’t review things in 2 hours and make a decision, she has no business being there.
