The Georgia SOS’s site says only 16 precincts in those two counties haven’t reported.

Thanks for posting the link to the Georgia SOS site. This is really dumb math but:
Dekalb has 320k votes in and one precinct left (out of 191). So we’re talking maybe 2k votes there for one precinct? Lets just say its a huge precinct and is 5k. Dekalb going 83/16 for Biden but just for stupid’s sake I’ll give Biden all 5k.
Fulton has 399k votes in and 14 precincts left (out of 384). Maybe 1100 votes per precinct so 15k-20k votes left? Biden wins in Fulton 72/26 but again just give Biden another 20k votes.
Unless these are massive precincts or there’s piles of mail-in votes somehow not already picked up, I don’t see it.
