Not a lawyer but not super optimistic after reading this.
I just see a lot of “whoops”, “we’re sorry and will do better next time”, “had to keep the observers at a distance due to COVID” and a bunch of other excuses.
The governor, the weasel Wolf, could not do it by the swipe of his pen. He violated federal law with the 3 day extension to receive mail in votes past election day. Per Kenneth Starr who called it a constitutional travesty what Wolf did. He also said all the votes received after the 3rd are to be rejected legally.
Excellent point but IF THAT WERE THE CASE there's tons of video that PROVES the counters didn't adhere to their OWN policy imposed on the observers.
This is nothing a few plexiglass partitions couldn't have alleviated. The election workers DEPRIVED the American voter of a FREE AND FAIR ELECTION thereby DISENFRANCHISING THEM.

To which the Court can reply...”well if proper accurate and openly transparent counting an processing of ballots was such a concern then perhaps the choosing of the electors should have been turned over to the legislature for this year.”
