This will be a weekly post.
Count is now 222 judges confirmed
2 Trade Court judges
164 District Court judges
53 Circuit Court judges
3 Supreme Court justices
Yesterday President Trump nominated Raúl M. Arias-Marxuach to fill the vacancy on the 1st Circuit.
If confirmed, along with Thomas Kirsch to fill the 7th Circuit vacancy, Trump will have 55 Circuit judges confirmed in less than four years, matching Obama's 55 in EIGHT years.
This week ancient Senator Dianne Feinstein begged Lindsay Graham to halt confirming judges. He basically told her to pound sand.
There are currently 53 vacancies on the District Court and 32 nominees pending to fill them (10 on the floor).
The Senate Judiciary Committee has nomination hearings scheduled for Wednesday.
Feinstein wants only Chinese judges confirmed, the ones she picks out. Why not? Red China owns her, the traitor.
Leader McConnell has set a more ambitious confirmation schedule for next week which includes 5 district judges, 1 trade judge and 1 governor of the Federal Reserve.
“Victory for the Righteous Is Judgment for the Wicked”
as told by Kim Clement, probably at the time when DiFi was driven around town by her Chinese chauffeur.
YAY for Graham! I hadn’t heard “pound sand” for yonks. I think we ought to send that to the CDC, traitorous org that it is and Fauci ought to eat it.
I had read some weeks earlier that it was imperative we get the trade judges confirmed, something to do with China. Glad its happened!
Mitch is in his element. He is going about his business right under their noses. This is just what we can expect.
“The Senate Judiciary Committee has nomination hearings scheduled for Wednesday.”
Time to step up the pace. This whole committee nonsense is wearing thin.
Bring ‘em in. Sit ‘em down. And, VOTE!
IF DJT is going to leave, let’s leave the turds with a FULL slate of Federal judges impaneled.
And, IF he’s not leaving, that will be one distraction off the table...
This week's tally [hat-tip to JayGalt's earlier post]:
# Judge Court Age Nomination date Confirmation date Confirmation vote 163 James R. Knepp II N.D. Ohio 56 March 3, 2020 November 10, 2020 64â24 164 Aileen M. Cannon * S.D. Florida 39 May 21, 2020 November 12, 2020 56â21
* denotes Federalist Society member
Pound sand...LOL
Two more nominees (One was already submitted once before). President Trump is leaving nothing on the field.
Joseph L. Barloon, of Maryland, to be a Judge of the United States Court of International Trade, vice Leo Maury Gordon, retired.
Thomas L. Kirsch II, of Indiana, to be United States Circuit Judge for the Seventh Circuit, vice Amy Coney Barrett, elevated.
Both young [53 and 47, respectively], appear to be accomplished.
Neither are Federalist Society.

Neither are Federalist Society.
We can’t have everything, sadly. I’ll have to look further into their CV.
