U.S. District Judge Emmet Sullivan in the District of Columbia ruled that migrant children were likely to suffer harm as a result from the order and issued a preliminary injunction barring the expulsion of unaccompanied children.

Funny how the cases seem to gravitate toward him.
You are not, though the touchy-feely wimps at SCOTUS will use that as an excuse to agree with Emily Sullivan.
Has Sullivan changed his legal name to “Federal Judge”. Because just about every time I read about a “Federal Judge” ruling against Trump, it’s him.
Some enterprising federal prosecutor needs to RICO-Act the American Bar Association which acts as a screener for judicial appointments. I can dream, can’t I?
