Pennsylvania’s House of Representatives Will Not Move to Appoint Electors After the Legislature Heard Sworn Testimonies of Election Fraud
NTD News via Epoch Times ^ | 12/05/2020

Pennsylvania’s House of Representatives announced they would not be taking any steps to appoint their own electors to the Electoral College after Pennsylvania’s legislature heard testimonies of election fraud and introduced a resolution to contest the state’s election results.

The letter was signed by Pennsylvania Senate President Pro Tempore Jake Corman, House Speaker Bryan Cutler, Senate Majority Leader Kim Ward, and House Majority Leader Kerry Benninghoff.

Pennsylvania’s GOP lawmakers said “this should not be misconstrued to suggest we will allow the issues presented with the 2020 General Election to evade complete legislative review and action. We believe that many of the issues presented after the 2020 General Election could have been avoided if not for the actions of Secretary Boockvar and the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.”

Rudy Giuliani responded, saying that Republican legislators in Pennsylvania are covering up for Democrat crimes. He said they have “no explanation for why there are” “700,000 mail-in ballots in the vote but no record of them being returned.”

He went on to say that he is “ashamed” of the Republican Legislature, that “they completely misled the President and me,” and they have “let down America.”

The struggle between the members of the Republican Party and heads of state can also be seen in Michigan. Michigan GOP is saying a memo from Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson indicates she “is pushing for the mass deletion of election data.”

The memo from the Michigan Bureau of Elections, which is overseen by Benson’s office, says that “software and associated files must be deleted from all devices” after the certification on Nov. 30.

This comes as another lawsuit is filed in Michigan, alleging election fraud and misconduct in Michigan’s Wayne County. According to local media reports, plaintiffs are “asking a judge to order an immediate audit of election results.”

“Expecting the “Rudy & Jenna show” to run a 6 (or more) state strategy is crazy. There should have been separate, top-tier firms teed up in every single battleground state, and they should have fought these issues out in the courts starting Nov 4.”

The top tier law firms wouldn’t touch these cases, or quickly withdrew in response to social and professional intimidation.

Last night Governor Brian Kemp of Georgia gets on TV and calls for an audit of Georgia’s election results. The next day, his daughter’s boyfriend dies in a fiery car accident. The boyfriend, Harrison Deal, was also a staffer on the Loeffler campaign. How many auto accidents involve flames? Five percent at most I’d say, any cops or insurance pros chime in. My point is, imagine being a state legislator and voting a competing slate of electors. You and your family’s lives would be in danger for the rest of your days. Imagine being a judge, same thing. Supreme Court Justice, same. They would all need full time security for life.

>>>Raise your hand if you thought for one moment they would

Nope. I didn't for one single second. As I explained to a friend of mine - they might fear being voted out of office - but they really fear the demoncratic mob burning down their homes and dragging their families into the streets a little more. For as much "bravado" as is on this site - if people were in their shoes - I doubt a majority would make the same decision - unless they had already evacuated their families and moved all their valuables out of their houses. A decison like that will have very real consequences that someone sitting in Podunk, ID doesn't have to face - and that's just the reality.

Maybe Trump's team of layers should have put all of this smoking gun evidence in the actual court cases instead of articles from the Epochtimes and instead of filing briefs that are full of mispellings and look like a bunch of 1st year law students filed them.

Turnover....elections

Really, by what honest measure will any republican ever be “ elected” to anything when a flood of fake mail voters and a tweak of the electronic vote are proven to be unaccountable crimes and surefire winner selectors?

Our voting system just becomes another show of legitimizing a preselected outcome, like every totalitarian country.

No, they are all Republicans trying to save this nation.

Baloney, except for a handful, the Republicans have left the battlefield. I'll sit on my sofa before I vote for another R not named Trump.

The American people did NOT vote directly for a tyrant, but over the years they have accommodated policy changes and nominated a lot of poor candidates, to undermine the republican system, such as early voting and then unsolicited mail-in votes.

>>> The Dems control the house, they will vote in unison to uphold the Biden victory. Why do people think if this makes it to the house Trump will be victorious? If someone knows please tell me.

I got crucified with the truth when i said this a few weeks back.

Don’t you think that is the liberals goal? Let us know before elections who will win, (Pelosi “regardless of the votes”) . Use pre election polling and media to determine popularity. Pretty much openly manufacture the votes which equals it doesn’t make any difference who we vote for, they are in charge. Fewer and fewer people will vote.

and if no person have such majority, then from the persons having the highest numbers not exceeding three on the list of those voted for as President, the House of Representatives shall choose immediately, by ballot, the President. But in choosing the President, the votes shall be taken by states, the representation from each state having one vote; a quorum for this purpose shall consist of a member or members from two-thirds of the states, and a majority of all the states shall be necessary to a choice.

One vote per state, per 12th Amendment, which amends Article 2 Section 1. It is irrelevant because Biden has locked up a majority of electoral college votes.
