If whether Swalwell had sex with a Chinese spy is classified information then Swalwell should be prosecuted for passing classified information to a Chinese spy.
If this had been a US military member, they would have walked the guy in and done at least two entire days of interrogation on the guy. Then the clearance would be revoked, and a draft of charges written up.
This is the confusing part of this story. Nothing has happened. It’s like they are patting the guy on the back for getting free sex from a Chinese agent.
My humble guess is that they don’t want to open this mess up because there’s over fifty different Senators/Representatives who are banging away on their own spy.
