SHREVEPORT, La. — Congressman-elect Luke Letlow has died after contracting COVID-19 last week, according to his campaign manager Andrew Bautsch.
Letlow, who just turned 41, was getting treatment in the intensive care unit in Shreveport, according to an announcement on his Twitter page last week.

You must have me confused with some other poster, I never said any of that. I'm on record here many times saying the lockdowns are BS and the economic harm from them is much more dangerous than the virus itself. What I did say was It seems to have almost become a status symbol around here to make blanket dumb statements like "you have nothing to worry about unless you're old with comorbidities". That's simply not true. I stand by that statement. There are several posters here repeating that and as this 41 year old man shows you don't have to be old with underlying conditions for it to affect you. None of the doctors who post here will tell you it won't affect the young, but for some reason we're supposed to take that as gospel coming from random posters with no medical training who believe it's a conspiracy. No wonder several of the MD's who post here have thrown up their hands in frustration, they're tired of arguing with people who have no idea what they're talking about and are convinced you can't be harmed by this virus unless you're 80 years old with diabetes and kidney failure.
Most people just happen to be more interested in anything else except heir health and what it may take to safeguard themselves, even so things are easily available to skew the odds in their favor even without getting a shot. Apparently Luke Letlow was one of them.
The strange thing about this virus is that some people shake it off like nothing ever happened while it hits others like a ton of bricks, the catch is you never know which category you fall into. But as I stated there are things anyone can do to improve their odds greatly. One is BHT preferable dissolved in oil first, about 450 mg/day matter of fact it works well enough to kill lipid covered viruses with the corona virus being one of them that patent number US4350707 was taken out on it.
For anyone who may be uneasy about it there is always a combination of QUERCETIN + ZINC + D + C + B COMPLEX to improve your odds. Of course there are also others if administered in a timely fashion which could change the outcome such as Dr. Zalenkov’s regime, Ivermectin or HCQ + zinc just to mention a few. But it would fill several pages why the medical profession refuses to prescribe it, some having very valid reasons such as law suits, while others are related to money issues.
In closing I like to mentioned that I have some acquaintances she is in her seventies and her friend in his eighties, a retired farmer and has diabetes. Over a month ago while having coffee with his friends he contracted this virus and brought it home and gave it to her. I gave her some of my BHT dissolved in oil, about 450 mg/tsp/day in conjunction the doctor gave her some prednisone as an anti inflammatory and some antibiotic to prevent any secondary infection and four days later they were over it, yet still a little tired what goes along with it.. Needless to say it was the BHT what killed he virus, the rest was just insurance to prevent any side effects this virus my have.

I posed this question on another thread.
Person 1. A healthy 32 year old man with no comorbidities and considered to be in excellent health. He as self isolated and has never been in contact with anyone. Somehow he contracts the virus and within five days he has succumbed to the virus.
Person 2. An eighty year old woman, morbidly obese, with diabetes and high blood pressure. This person has not been able to test positive for the virus despite being in contact with those who have the disease (CV19).
I really wish we knew why these two scenarios can occur.
Genetics? Environment? Seems science would have to know the answer before a vaccine could have been developed. SARS-CoV-2. The only thing we can say with certainty about it is that we can’t be certain about anything.
STILL, GaryCrow, it would be “nice” , just ONCE to have a real medical EXPLANATION, with some details filled in, especially since Letlow is just the latest in a processions of well-known and little-known political figures from both sides of the aisle who, either “contracted” CVirus,(the majority) we’re told, or, very rarely, as in Letlow’s case, died “of” Coronavirus. W/O details, this, like all publicized cases, looks like just another ploy and another small brick in the wall to build a case for further lockdowns and further demagoguery-—aren’t we all fed up at this point at being pawns in this game? SOrry, it seems clear to me how this particular case is being exploited.The cynicism you see from many of us, is well-founded, especially now, as the momentum is building and we’re being rushed once again, into a new phase this was all about in the first place, which is the urging of mass vaccination.

Ireally wouldn’t doubt it, given the outright lying that has gone into the pandemic propaganda and the omissions of vital information that are made when they need to be. I have read all that I thought was available on this, but where did you get that information of heart attack and surgery?
Your last sentence: therein lies the permanent built-in advantage the “experts” have and have had since the beginning: this farce that was kickstarted with the pukey phrase “we’re all in this together”, and continued with a number of more refined “helpful guideposts”, but ultimately always subject to goalpost shifting because the numbers and information are presented for maximum fear mongering effect with no serious attempt EVER made to put anything in perspective or address the absolutely germane issue of the lockdowns and restrictions being infinitely more destructive to all aspects of human life than the so-called “virus”.

You have this 41 year old that just died, I've known a 38 year old mother of four that died several months ago from it, just last week a 52 year old healthy guy I know died from it. That's plenty right there. Do you want me to name every under 60 person with no pre-existing conditions that's died of it? I can't, look up your own data.
The blanket statement that you're immune to this stuff if you're young ISN'T TRUE. Stop acting as if it is and give up on the gaslighting, I'm not your wife that has to answer to you.
People think I am implying that a GOP governor or state legislature increases Covid19 deaths. Not exactly.
I am pointing out that there is an unfortunate attitude among many conservatives:
1- Covid19 is a hoax, or it is exaggerated, or it is not materially worse than Influenza, and
2- Asking citizens to wear masks, or to socially distance, or to close down businesses is an unnecessary infringement of liberties.
Observe that conservative-leaning states with very low population density, and zero travel to China, have been hit unreasonably hard.

San Francisco County = 210
San Mateo County = 271
Contra Costa county = 288
Santa Clara County = 337
Above are SF Bay Area counties. They were the first in the nation to lock down, and their citizens largely followed face masks and social distancing requirements. Compare that with the following conservative-leaning states:
South Dakota = 1,655
Indiana = 1,212
Iowa = 1,211
Arkansas = 1,194
Kansas = 941
Wyoming = 700
Oklahoma = 620
I have no opinion on biological immunity varying among different races. Assuming no measurable variation, then these death rates are troubling.
