There is no recall procedure for members of Congress. The seat is his until he dies, resigns or is defeated for re-election in 2026.

There is no recall for any member of Congress. KY just showed that it stands with Mitch, who held the support of Senator Paul in the election certification.

When I was pissed about Blackburn and Hagerty, I checked in to impeachment or recalling U.S. senators.
The way I read it, there’s no way for a state to recall or impeach a U.S. Senator. If we vote for one, we’re stuck with him. The U.S. Senate can remove a member, a Senator can resign, or a Senator can be voted out in the next election.
I could be wrong, but that’s what the page said.
