If the Democrats needed the votes from the Republicans, I am sure some of the Rino McConnell Republicans will vote for impeachment. They will not sacrifice a pawn until needed.

Maybe I should reword. You cannot trust Most Republicans they will turn on the President if needed.
I said that back in Jan. 2017 (My respond was "Huh? A Bush administration holdover? Did Jeb Bush just get elected President? I thought Trump wanted 'drain the swamp'")
I also opposed the nominations of Rex Tillerson and Betsy DeVos at the time.
