It is my understanding that it is only supposed to be in effect in the House/Senate chamber, but, inasmuch as there have been NO PROSECUTIONS for Member LIEs and LIEbels outside Congressional Chambers, the “protected zone” now means ANY/EVERYWHERE!
Apparently, the “protected zone” is wherever a CongressCritter happens to be speaking.
