The rioting, looting and killings would last for weeks and weeks running into the billions of dollars.

Just look at what they are doing to that poor kid in Kenosha...and that was an open and closed case of self defense. The justice system is a terrible farce.
Consider the flimsy-ass grounds on which they impeached DJT, they are not going to prosecute a guy who shot an unarmed person dead.
