A “trial” where the designated judge, as per the constitution. the Cheif Justice of the SCOTUS, is not the judge, but instead a member of the jury voting on the guilt or innocence is the judge...Someone needs to take this farce to the SCOTUS have it deemed illegal, so it can’t happen again - impeaching a private citizen. May every Rat in the country rot in hell.
The Chief Justice refused to participate. I think that says a lot.
