If those issuing mask mandates were truly concerned about "public health" they would explicitly require that ziploc bags be provided at restroom doors so that masks could be securely tucked away, then replaced (and the bags discarded) once you've finished doing your business and thoroughly washing your hands.
But it's not about science, it's about compliance.
And I say, It's time for DEFIANCE!
