1. What this guy doesn't grasp is that a lot of people voted for Donald Trump in 2016 because they completely lost faith in ALL politicians. He's basically nothing more than a "Screw you!" candidate for a lot of us.
2. "Conservative principles" went out the window for the Republican Party years ago. The evidence for it is that Donald Trump governed as the most conservative president of my lifetime ... and the GOP undermined him every step of the way. There is nothing "conservative" about a political agenda that includes massive government spending, open borders, and endless wars all over the globe.

Perhaps a few. Most of those 80 million voters recognize that he was chosen because he claimed he would pursue those principles. When he actually fought for them, we were stunned that someone actually had the guts to fight. He seems to be nearly alone in that category. That is why we are so insistent.
