The White House is working on a COVID-19 vaccine passport initiative that could be required for travel, sporting events and even eating out, reports The Washington Post.
The report comes as major U.S. airlines and nearly 30 travel and labor groups are pushing President Joe Biden to develop a standardized, government-backed credential to "accelerate safe economic activity and recovery."
"The U.S. must be a leader in this development," the groups wrote in a letter to COVID-19 Recovery Team Coordinator Jeff Zients on Monday. "The current diverse and fragmented digital health credentials used to implement different countries' air travel testing requirements risk causing confusion, reducing compliance, and increasing fraud."

Retirees won’t be under pressure to get a vaccine to keep their jobs. Although,in an absolute sense, anybody probably isn’t going to be overlooked,but it will take time to get to retirees.

There’s a leap coming in the next few months, but this vaccine passport is but the first step in a long line of abuses heading out to the world.
To those who are retired thinking they won’t be required to have a vaccine passport? You will need it if you plan to be able to buy anything, because it is going to be linked to your digital financial ID passport.
Those who are not vaccinated will be shunned, businesses avoided, and labels to be worn when in public to show others, welcome to 1933. This is the kind and gentler beginning, just wait

it starts out with crisis rules like a vaccine passport, then to enforce them (eliminate forgeries, detect the civil disobedient, etc.), they require a slew of even worse draconian rules...
then Yadda Yadda Yadda...
then it’s just a better “solution” to load random people on boxcars and relocate them to forced labor camps.
