Israel should give the arabs living in the Gaza Strip 48 hours to evacuate back to their homelands and then carpet bomb it, destroying every square inch of it. It should then remain a no go zone.
Israel should suddenly develop vigilantes who are hard to catch but have lots of rockets to indiscriminately fire into Gaza. Eye for an eye.
