It’s a good question but I can only guess. It is no secret that Hezbullah in Lebanon has anywhere from 10,000 to 30,000 rockets stashed. Hamas, as you said, many thousands more. Knowing that threat, Israel is probably well stocked with Iron Dome rounds and making more as we type.
These are Pali Arabs. They have been educating their kids to hate from the moment of birth. Collateral Damage is a GOOD thing.
Maybe PUFF & some A-10s thrown in for good measure.
