It is enough to knock down empty apartment dwellings in rows of 7, neighborhood after neighborhood causing a humanitarian crisis within the strip whereby the HAMAS government terror group will have to assist their own people...or not.
This could be very effective in shutting them down without killing too many - this is what the Western world wants so it can be accomplished with little bloodshed.
