More than likely it is Biden getting pressure from BlackRock.

Normally I’d agree with that statement, but Blackrock and Biden are in cahoots - or at least Biden is leveraging them to realize the commie agenda. Ref: Biden’s “30x30” and similar plan of “50x50”
