Sounds an awful lot like Rikers is a pit, filled with both corrupt corrections officers and informants alike.

While browsing on Rikers I was surprised - somewhat, considering the liberal narrative of closing prisons - to see that NY is seeking to shutter Rikers.

I’m left wondering what actor could possibly match Charlie Bronson in the role of vigilante in this era. Would have to placate so many groups I just don’t see anything but headlines about skyrocketing crime.
