No, I doubt it. Biden just quietly lifted the sanctions on VZ at the beginning of the week. This was done to enable VZ to supply the Cuban government with oil, weapons and food. It’s Biden’s way of getting around having to at least make meaningless statements about “supporting the Cuban people.”

Lifting the sanctions props up the Cuban Communists and it also props up the VZ government.

The way I'm reading that is there's a green light for direct support to pour in from Venezuela, anything from logistics to troops to bolster "security". The uprising is looking doomed.
