More vaccine mandates may be imposed across the US once the Food and Drug Administration gives its final stamp of approval to COVID-19 shots, health experts have predicted.
The three vaccines on the market are currently being administered under an emergency use authorization but a full regulatory sign off could remove legal hurdles for businesses and government agencies that want to require shots for their customers and employees, NBC News reported.
“I think once the vaccines go through full FDA approval, everything should be on the table, and I think that everything will be on the table at the level of municipalities, states, employers, venues, government agencies,” Andy Slavitt, the Biden administration’s former COVID-19 response coordinator, told NBC News.

In the mid 80s, the US government granted all approved vaccine manufactures full protection from law suits. You can sue the “Vaccine Authority” or whatever the government calls it. To date, there have been VERY few successful lawsuits for vaccine injury.
And the reason for the explosion in the number of vaccines in the US these days, about 100 at last count.

Vaccine companies CANNOT be sued. They pay a small fee into a fund administered by a vaccine injury court - thus, they have no liability and the moral hazard to put profit over safety that you’d expect from the situation.
Vaccine mandates are easily circumvented. There is zero reason to comply with them.

Vaccine makers haven’t had civil liability for a long time know. Approval doesn’t mean anything.

Liability for the vaccine companies will be a problem. As an experimental, unapproved drug, you can’t sue the companies if something goes wrong. But once it’s approved, thousands of families are likely to go to court because a loved one died. We are a litigious society.

That’s the problem. All vaccine manufacturers are IMMUNE from lawsuits if there is a vaccine injury/death, thanks to a law passed years ago by Congress. The only recourse is Vaccine Injury Court. If there is a payout it is paid for by taxpayers, not the maker of the vaccine. Someone correct me if I’m wrong, please. I won’t be offended.

It’s sad that people are in favor of making “vaccines” mandatory, even for experimental jabs without long-term studies. Now the corrupt FDA is going to “approve” these “vaccines” by simply short cutting the process of approval. Just wave the magic wand and they’re now “safe”.
I believe you are correct. I have a hard time seeing the FDA approving these vaccine based on the current number of side effects including death. Then again we are in bizarro world.
