Communities of Color ought to make a great education a community value instead of allowing their home grown THUGS to beat up on their own who want an education! Seems drugs and Gang Banging are their community values when it comes to their own children. Children who they let the government feed them 3 meals a week day. Children who grow up in a apartment or worse who other tax payers pay for. Children whose parents make them grow up as dead enders if they ever want to integrate with the rest of society.
