If you mean Delta, no, if you've had Covid before, you're likely immune. I got well-exposed to Delta and had an immune response to it for about 12 hours, then it was gone. The thing I would caution people against is thinking that, if you don't use one of the vaccines, you can simply avoid not getting Covid, and you're home free... If you keep yourself in a lockdown situation, perhaps, but, otherwise, you're going to have to pay the piper at some point. You're going to want immunity by jab or getting Covid itself. Your choice. I took option #2 long before #1 existed, and it wasn't any big deal. I was sick several days, and wasn't myself for several more, but I haven't had any long term issues. However, I'm only 51, and no real health complications, other than being a bit out of shape. (Round is a shape, no?) I no longer have any need of vaccines or Covid, as I can basically ignore it.

I’m at ideal weight and I got Covid too. I also got a vax that I don’t believe there was any reason to get, but I wanted to be able to attend sporting events and the timing of Covid testing was not easy for each event.
I also believe having fought off seriously symptomatic Covid is your best immunity bet.
