The idea is not to kill Afghanis. Most are probably very peace loving people if we met then at the grocery store or as neighbors.
The Nuke or something to that effect is a staunch warning to never launch terrorist attacks on us again.
Our inept war planning and strategy has made the Talibsn very powerful and I fear what they have planned once they take over. They believe in full scale retaliation.

Yes it is. Nuking to wipe out every man, woman, and child of Islam, including what few Christians who are there working for the lord. It is much more than just the Taliban. It is the want of a mass ethnic cleansing.

So it is acceptable to lower ourselves to their same crude ignorant barbaric ideology? And then hypocritically claim it as an example of the more righteous and superior faith? If we are the more righteous faith then we should BE the more righteous faith by example. Make sure THEY are the ones completely wrong by example, not us by thinking exactly the same as they do.

Ok, would this be a precision nuking killing only those who are “guilty”? Because killing even one innocent is “murder” in God’s eyes. Since we know there are elements in most of the middle east should the whole middle east be wiped out for good measure to make sure we get them all?
No matter what justifications and excuses claimed, this is faith on both sides wanting to completely wipe out the other faith. Which makes us no more righteous than them if we think exactly like them.
Seriously... No one sees the irony in this exact same-same like kind example of thought? Wanting to combat against radical ethnic cleansing with radical mass ethnic cleansing?
Are the 10 Commandments now dead and gone? Anyone even care about these anymore? The very origin of all law, “Morality”, and righteousness?
Now I am going to be stoned because I DO BELIEVE in the 10 Commandments first and foremost...

Commandment #6 “You shall not murder”. (Except when we conjure up some excuse for why we should murder???????)
