A person is their own health advocate. For real, FReepers know more about the ins and outs of covid that the average person, but we found everything on the same internet everyone else uses, right?
We learned about potential side effects that didn’t occur in the trials, as the entire world’s scientific community was trying to keep people alive long enough to at least find out how the blazes the virus worked on the different organs being attacked. What was ‘glass lung’? migrating lipids? abnormal rbc’s? clotting? MIS-c? pink eye? All learned in real time. The other thing we knew from the start was, there was, and remains, very little we could throw at this virus.
The only people that were hurried into vaccines were nursing home residents. Everyone else has had plenty of time to research and choose for at least a month while the nursing homes and first responders, hollywood elite and DC cocktail circuit were vaccinated first. I’ve personally spent months waiting and deciding and reading.
The context is regarding birth defects that was identified in the early 60’s during FDA trials. Which is off course why fear-mongers use it as a flawed example of FDA ineptness.
Approval for other use decades later is a canard.

The only reason some folks on FR know the side effects and risks of the shot is they know how to dig and find info. The average Joe on social media, watching MSM or using Google will not find any of it.
Why wasn’t that SAME logic used when people were reported as dying FROM COVID???

It’s been FDA approved for emergency use. And has NOT been FDA approved for a 3rd dose except for those “who have undergone solid organ transplantation or who are diagnosed with conditions that are considered to have an equivalent level of immunocompromise.”

Yes, of course, some COVID deaths were wrongly attributed. But only a fool wouldn’t recognize that this is a serious disease that HAS caused hundreds of thousands of premature deaths in this country alone.
The panic and government tyranny have been atrocious. But to conclude this Chicom bioweapon is a big nothing-burger is foolish.
There are two different government programs to capture injury claims. One for approved vaccines, another for allowed but not approved.
The total government staff on the second one is five people. The hurdle for claim payout is very high for both, but really really high for the second. First six months out of work aren’t enough to trigger a claim under the “injury by an allowed but not approved” program.
Can’t wait to hear the commercials
If your company mandates it, then ask their Human Resources for religious and medical exemptions. See if the company will accept liability if you are injured or killed.
Make them fire you and find a pro-bono lawyer.
Keep in mind too. If even 10% of your business leave, then your business will be hurting.

Plain and simple.
The reissued the EUA for 12-15 year olds. Full approval for those 16 and older. It’s as clear as day in the letter. I don’t like it, but it is there.
The plain reality is that legal pro-bono work is almost exclusively reserved for helping people with very minor issues or writing a will for them. It is nothing like the movies where a lawyer is going to agree to take on a big corporation pro-bono. That type of Litigation is very, very expensive.
