I would agree with you. Had PDJT gone after Hillary and brought her to justice, he might have secured a 2nd term on that alone.
It was ‘lock her up’ until he won, then pretty much all the wall and anti-hillary stuff went out the window until covid finished him off. The legacy for just 4 years wasn’t that great, imo.
