It would take a Constitutional amendment to set term limits for Justices. But it would only take simple majorities in both Houses of Congress to expand the court.
FDR tried to expand the court, and failed. Even his own party resisted the notion. But the Democrats in those days were old-school. Today’s Democrats are mainly Marxists. They’ll give Biden what he wants.
Reread my post. It is my sarcastic prediction of what the Biden commission will produce as recommendations.
Any court that does not give the left 100% exactly what they want - is a conservative court.
If they pack the SC this country and the Constitution are toast.

The rats are not very smart are they? Do they realize that they are just flaming the fire under the Supreme Court justices butts? They are literally creating anger Among the justices. That department is the most prestige in the whole United States as far as the power they hold. Do you really think that they’re gonna admit any more supreme court justices? I really doubt it. I really believe they think that by creating this movement by adding more justices will instill fear in those justices but I really believe this is going to backfire on them. BIGLY!
