Chris and Roberta Laundrie, the parents of fugitive Brian Laundrie, ventured into Florida’s Myakkahatchee Creek Environmental Park early Wednesday morning, where Fox News Digital saw an officer apparently tell parents that law enforcement "might have found something."
Steven Bertolino, who represents the Laundrie family, would not comment when asked by Fox News Digital if the Laundries were at the park at the request of law enforcement. Brian Laundrie has been named a person of interest in the disappearance and subsequent homicide of his fiancee, Gabby Petito. The FBI later issued a warrant for his arrest on charges related to his unauthorized used of her bank card.
The Laundries, who have claimed their son went to Myakkahatchee on Sept. 13, the day he was last seen, left their North Port home just before 7:15 a.m. local time for the environmental park, where two men in hiking gear – including at least one who later identified himself as a law enforcement officer – began trailing behind them. The Laundries and one of the men appeared to discuss a discovery before the parents left the park, which was then closed to media and the public.
In a worldwide exclusive, video obtained by Fox News Digital shows the Laundries and the law enforcement officer huddling and speaking as the officer appears to show the couple an unknown discovery. The officer appeared to tell the parents: "I think we might have found something."

I don’t think it’s technically legal here, but the ‘billies snatch and load so fast there’s little chance of being caught.
Sometimes I wonder if that’s why the one DNR guy makes endless rounds out here in the wastelands.
No mountains antwhere nearby.
Because of the blood thirsty mob and law enforcement too eager to gain the limelight.
Young people go missing every day, it’s hard to get the police to do anything about it, they assume they probably just ran off or something.
But you get the media involved with a cute white girl, and the blood thirsty true crime mob after them, and you’ll get 100’s of Feds involved in the deal spending untold millions.
The blood thirsty true crime mob is no different from the woke cancel culture, birds of a feather.
No emphasis on real justice or principles, just the emotional, guttural response of the mob.
Sick country, sick people, absent the rule of law. Lord of the Flies, Planet of the Apes, and they can’t see that they are part and parcel of a much larger problem.
WOOT
“But he’s a common citizens who’s probably a democrat...”
According to this report, he is (or was) most likely a libtard: https://nypost.com/2021/09/27/tourist-claims-he-saw-mad-brian-laundrie-alone-in-bar/
So the parents aid-and-abetted his own suicidal impulses. Just, unreal. Mr Dad Laundrie, you suck, and you will be called to attest to your failure.
His parents are lowlifes too - they took the cops on a wild goose chase for the first two critical weeks - so we can assume they’re democrats too.
The job of police is to bring a possible suspect to the court system. Period.
Once that’s done the ‘police’[ part is finished. Well, they’ll probably be called to testify -about one detail or another - but their control over the case is over...
As far as “a blood thirsty mob” is concerned - if the judge feels a groups of citizens might influence a jury he’ll have the jury sequestered. There’s lot of political corruption within our legal system but again, it’s not at the ‘common criminal killer’ level.
The mother Laundrie is a registered Democrat. Father is NPA. Brian not registered in FL.
I wonder how many other bodies they found in their searches. I bet those swamps are packed with bones.
I always pull over at Britton Hill ... nice spot, homestretch run to our snowbird nest, good place to hit the last sandwich ... the way the geography rapidly gives way from southern forest to coastal plain from there on down is not replicated many other places.
WOW, FBI presser eh, sounds like they found something.
FBI Prepared statement: found human remains and personal items belonging to Brian. Were underwater until now. Team will stay on scene. Thank you to all the agencies, great partners, portions of park will remain closed.
Laundrie’s parents go to the reserve today to search for Brian. Backpack, notebook and some remains are found today.
Mmm.....
I believe the media has been misreporting why the parents went there. It makes more sense the LEOs told them to come and look at items.
Media wrong? Big surprise.
