I have watched hours of testimonies it is not looking good for the prosecution.

I expect the defense will ask for a directed verdict of not guilty. And I believe the Judge will go along.

I have only watched short clips of the trial and I think the defense should win, BUT I don't even think this should have been brought to trial.
The cops and the DA have done every thing {legal and illegal} to put this kid in jail, including ignoring a court ordered action.
We grew up believing that justice was about right and wrong, but in today's twisted society, it's about winning and losing.
And, IMHO, Kyle was better off when that kook stepped away.
Never been on the witness stand but I’ve had the distasteful task of having to give two depositions (which is as close to sitting on the witness stand as I ever want to be). Lawyers will certainly cut you to prices if your lying.
Also been on a jury where the defendant was obviously guilty but he took the witness stand anyway....bad mistake.
I was in the jury box trying to keep from cringing the whole time.
Charges never should have been brought and it is Kyle Rittenhouse who should sue. I know the State is indemnified, but I’d try for legal fees.

There does not exist a severe enough punishment for Grosskreutz for what he attempted to do and the problems it has caused.

The prosecutor is safe. Under the system set up by the legal industry, all the prosecutor has to have is "proabable cause" and he is free to ignore affirmative defense. That standard allows this sort of literlal nonsense case, but the legal system is fine with the nonsense. Pays by the hour, as they say.
All of the YouTube legal analysts are saying that the Defense should be asking for a directed verdict of Not Guilty after Grosskreutz’s testimony.
The multiple videos are the ONLY thing saving his life!
