Self defense must be disproven beyond a reasonable doubt. That ain’t happening here.

All three shootings were videoed. The explicitly show each of the shootings as righteous.

I wonder whats going through the jurors minds? ( What am I doing here at all?)

I’d say Kyl;e has a very good chance at starting a malicious prosecution civil case against this idiot who lied about what he did with his Glock, and against the prosecutors who brought this false case.Kyle stands to make millions off these kangaroo court Democrat leftie radicals.

Unless the jury is rigged or their families are threatened.

“ Self defense must be disproven beyond a reasonable doubt. That ain’t happening here.”

I expect the defense will ask for a directed verdict of not guilty. And I believe the Judge will go along.

This entire trial is a farce.

That is not correct.

In WI law, the presumption is that the defendant was in fear for their life, and was justified to use deadly force.

The prosecution must prove that they were not in order to convict.

Now, weather the jury follows the law is another question.

Do the facts even matter in this case? It depends upon how biased the jury is.

I’m not sure that is true because self defense isn’t a charge and you cannot prove a negative. But the murder charges and the assault charges MUST be proven beyond a reasonable doubt. As you said, that ain’t happening here.

No, it isn't, but he may have an OJ jury or a Chauvin jury that will completely disregard the truth.

Self defense is not the charge. It is the argument by the Defense why Kyle must be found not guilty beyond a reasonable doubt of the charges which include murder.
