“With prejudice” means “game over”. It means that the court is dismissing the case without permitting it to be brought again. Without prejudice means without foreclosing the State from bringing a new case. That does not mean that the State would necessarily choose to bring a new case.

With a dismissal, they could just come at him again in a few months all over again, with a different strategy.
Even with a NOT GUILTY, the Feds will still come at him, bet on it.............
