That will be MUCH better handled on redirect. In that scenario the defense can just stand there and start asking Rittenhouse, "Binger said you did X because of Y. In your own words, not his, why did you do X?"
OK thank you for the reassurance, and I hope his lawyer asks that for EVERY ONE of these questions that the DA is putting out there of “you thought”, “you believed”, “you felt”, etc.
And he can do that tomorrow, after Kyle has had a chance to rest and sleep.
