Terrible idea. If we get caught in a natural disaster or more pandemic related emergencies then there will be a world of hurt for everyone.
Not to mention, it really gives our enemies complete control over our energy supplies. Brandon doesn’t care though because he’ll be dead from dementia by the time we all have to pay the serious price for this.
What is the actual intended use of the reserve anyway?
In the total absence of supply, keep everyone’s tank full for x number of days?
Keep government tanks filled x number of days?
Keep everyone in a population of x’s tank filled for y number of days?
Keep diesel for trucks and trains only for x number of days?
