The CDC got told to halt their mortgage default immunity stuff by SCOTUS because it was illegal and they laughed and extended it. They were told again and they did it but the point here is that they don't feel they NEED to follow SCOTUS rulings, it's sort of optional in their minds.
They are lawless. Because the whole administration is lawless. And because the courts are puppets. And because congress is toothless and just cares about staying elected so they can steal steal steal.
