The Military Religious Freedom Foundation (MRFF), a religious liberty group focused on keeping religious influence out of the U.S. military, is protesting Wreaths Across America, a group that places wreaths at thousands of military gravesites around the country annually on Dec. 18 and 19, and calling their work an “atrocity.”

“We have no problem if people reach out and want a wreath on their deceased veterans’ graves, but to put them everywhere, to blanket them without permission of the surviving families is unconstitutional, an atrocity and a disgrace,” MRFF founder Mikey Weinstein told the Colorado Springs Gazette on Saturday.

Pound sand. The religious would like their wreaths. The problem with the US is that a small vocal group is able to squash the majorities wishes.

Has it never occurred to them that by exercising their wants, the small groups are violating the rights of the majority?

Don’t want a wreath? Find. Pick the grave site first.

Mikey has been doing this for decades. He really hates the military and especially Christian service members. He gets worse by the year. I don’t know what happened to him at the Air Force Academy but it made him a very bitter, vindictive man.

This one name: Mikey Weinstein keeps popping up as someone who seeks to scrub all traces of Christianity out of the armed services. I have been hearing about him for many years, mainly since the Obama terms.
What I don’t get is why he seems to wield so much power and influence. Does Mikey ‘have pictures’ of his supervisors, or some way to blackmail them into never opposing his Atheist’s Crusade?

Something worth noting this time of year, federal workers get paid for CHRISTMAS DAY. And those who work on Christmas Day get an additional 2.5 TIMES base pay, including athesist employees. I dare atheist groups to take on the civil service unions over this.

The Military Religious Freedom Foundation (MRFF), a religious liberty group focused on keeping religious influence out of the U.S. military,

This is the very epitome of "astro-turf:" One or two leftist freaks, given some money by a destructive rich person or foundation, like Soros, then register a "non-profit," and start generating headlines and outrage.
