A federal court on Dec. 7 blocked President Joe Biden’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate for federal contractors.
Georgia and other plaintiffs suing Biden over the mandate “will likely succeed in their claim that the president exceeded the authorization given to him by Congress,” U.S. District Judge R. Stan Baker, a Trump nominee, wrote in a 28-page decision agreeing to enter a preliminary injunction.
Baker barred Biden and his administration from enforcing the mandate in any state, an expansion of a Nov. 30 ruling ( that applied to just three states.)

Biden’s definition of a federal contractor includes someone whose company does any business with federal govt no matter how trivial it is- like supplying paper cups.
You have many who have never entered any federal office classified as federal contractors!
Assuming this is not over turned, those who were coerced into taking the jab deserve restitution. Both the contractors and federal employees were all threatened.

Absolutely! We have a few guys at work that for months said, “No way I’m taking that shot, no way.”
Then Biden did his stupid edict and these guyz folded like cheap polyester suits.
A handful of us held our ground. We were granted religious exemptions. Although we test and submit results every week, we didn’t let them coerce us into putting this experiment into our bodies.
Well to be fair, it likely is too late to save some from losing their job or perhaps being pressured into taking it against their will.
The word "forced" does not necessarily mean there was absolutely no way to resist what was forced. If they were not forced then it would not make sense to say they decided to give in. What were they giving into if not force?
If they had a sick kid dying of cancer and they had to take the shot because they couldn't risk losing their benefits, then maybe I could see.
However, I bet in most cases it was because they wanted to keep making payments on their Audis or take the kids to leggo land.
