John Sullivan was questioned and released by DC police on January 7th and then arrested by the FBI in Utah on Jan 15th 2021. He is currently awaiting trial on rioting charges.

No...he managed to convince DC police he was a journalist and was able to fly back to Utah. However, the notion that the DOJ is going easy on Sullivan is 100% false.
