Dearborn and Hamtramck are almost 100% now. Both look and smell like the 3rd/4th world. Decades ago, the residents used to work at Ford/GM/Chrysler factories; that’s pretty much all gone now.

Not true.
We visted Henry Ford museum in Dearborn in 2019. Deaborn is spotless under the muslims and they are gentrifying the blacks out and restoring all the old homes.
All the muslim owned shops are spotless and the downtown area is vibrant. Not a spot of litter anywhere.
