I’m not sure I’m following what you’re saying. The world needs those Russian nitrates. Without them being utilized the world harvest, which will also be devastated by the artificial oil crisis, will be so reduced as to result in widespread famine. It doesn’t matter that the fertilizer enriched a wheat field in Kansas or Brazil, that bag of flour helps to ward off starvation in Mali.

Sometimes coups can be a good thing, such as Pinochet taking over from Allende in Chile in 1973. Others can be bad, as when hardline Communists unsuccessfully attempted to overthrow Yeltsin in Russia in 1991. Taking out Putin by either coup or assassination is problematic. And under the “Guano Islands Act” of 1855, America came to acquire several guano-covered islands to supply “nitrogen fertilizer” for American farms. We still have them.

And you plans to recover, age, process and transport the manure and the brand new machinery to apply it?
