Guess again. The government can do what ever they want regarding businesses. Thanks to the widespread use of Presidential EOs, Biden is the de facto Dictator of the US.

The brutal regime in DC actually wants a world wide famine to be able to blame on Russia.

And to the rest of the world, that will be simplified to: "Americans are trying to kill us!" They aren't going care about the fine details of a stolen election.

I have no idea what perfidity you are talking about though

You must have missed the news that Russia illegally invaded a sovereign country in a naked land-grab, just like Hitler did ... that's the monstrous behavior we're talking about

The government controls the issue and cancelation of visas and the subsequent admissions and deportations.

Balderdascious ignorant drivel

36% of NASA employees are from India.

Meanwhile, we have a homeless Vet problem, and our kids with degrees in tech fields can't find work and pay off their student loans because we either shipped those jobs out of the country or imported foreign workers to take them.

I can accept your argument of free trade with allies, but not when it’s so lopsided that our kids can’t find work in their own country after we shipped the jobs out or imported workers to take them.

I’m not sure I’m following what you’re saying. The world needs those Russian nitrates. Without them being utilized the world harvest, which will also be devastated by the artificial oil crisis, will be so reduced as to result in widespread famine. It doesn’t matter that the fertilizer enriched a wheat field in Kansas or Brazil, that bag of flour helps to ward off starvation in Mali.

With continued drought in the US wheat basket , nitrate availability will not be the driving issue in commodity production .

Sometimes coups can be a good thing, such as Pinochet taking over from Allende in Chile in 1973. Others can be bad, as when hardline Communists unsuccessfully attempted to overthrow Yeltsin in Russia in 1991. Taking out Putin by either coup or assassination is problematic. You could get a better person, but you could also get a potential Napoleon, a younger general with greater ambitions than Putin and with a great deal of competence.

So what?

They are free to buy whatever they can and if getting a good deal should take advantage of the opportunity. They have no dog in the Ukraine fight. Chickenshit Europe refuses to fight so why should India not buy?

Why do you condemn India when Biden et al are strangling the American energy industry.

I can understand why India would want cheaper oil.

But what will Russia do with the war elephants it “gets” in exchange?

Do you REALLY think the only source of nitrates on this green Earth is Russia?

America has tons of nitrogen-rich animal “manure” — renewable and basically cost-free.

And under the “Guano Islands Act” of 1855, America came to acquire several guano-covered islands to supply “nitrogen fertilizer” for American farms. We still have them.

So, my advice for you: switch to decaf...

No, just 61% of the world’s ammonia nitrate, 20% of potash, 20% of ammonia and 15% of the world’s urea. And you plans to recover, age, process and transport the manure and the brand new machinery to apply it? I assume you can pull all of that infrastructure out of your fertilizer hole just like your brilliant BS idea. What a dope.
