The federal government has no delegated power to create federal civil rights that non-State Actors have to respect.

Almost all current federal civil rights laws are unconstitutional.

“Almost all current federal civil rights laws are unconstitutional.”

Wrong. The Constitution was amended (13th, 14th, and 15th) to accommodate civil rights. It was amended constitutionally.

Most civil rights are based on “equal protection,” which is also Constitutional.

The wisdom of some of these so-called civil rights might reasonably be questioned, but they are lawful and constitutional.

The current law is just pandering and unnecessary. It is just more weaponizing the legal system for political ends. If it becomes law, there will be people trying to Jussie Smollett their way to fame and fortune.
